Windscale are Ian Sherwen (Circuit Bent instruments, Guitar), and Neil McAuley (Circuit Bent instruments, Bass).

All Circuit Bent instruments and effects pedals used are made by Ian Sherwen who runs Happy Robot Music, Neil McAuley also plays Bass for Seeland.
